Breads are amongst the earliest cooked foods that man has known. Each civilization, every country, all communities every where in the world have their own special breads - flat or risen. They can be made from different flours, enriched, spiced, blended or used by themselves. They can be roasted, baked, fried or cooked. In whatever form, breads are generally an essential part of every meal, any where in the world.

Sliced White Sandwich Bread - (200, 400, 600, 800 grams & Jumbo)
The White Sandwich Bread is a tin baked Loaf made from refined flour (maida) and the most popular as a breakfast and snack food. Easy to toast and to make all kind of sandwiches.

Sliced Brown Bread - (400, 800 grams)
Unlike White Bread which has most of the bran removed, Brown Bread is made from whole-wheat flour. The bread uses coarser flour, is more chewy and rough textured. It also rises lesser than white flour and is considered a health and fitness food.

 
 
Bread Rolls - Though these taste like White Bread, they appeal to the eye and the palate because of their interesting shapes often dusted with khus-khus and til seeds or different glazes. Rolls are traditionally always served with meals. But they can be made into sandwiches for packed meals, picnic baskets and school tiffins. They are great for parties, especially for kids and even tea-time kitty parties.
 
 
Dinner Rolls / Soup Rolls - These are often served with as bread accompaniment to soups or a Continental meal. They are available in many delightful shapes but the Baker's Knot is the most popular. They are served with butter. While the plain Roll is the most preferred, they are also available in other flavours like Garlic, Onion & Cheese. and Masala, to match the food served.
 
 

French Rolls - (70 &100 grams)
These are boat shaped soft bread rolls that are usually used for Submarine / Footlong sandwiches.

Hot Dog Rolls - (70 & 100 grams)
These are sausage-size rolls for American style hot dogs.

Brioches - Brioches are classic French bread baked in special scalloped Brioche moulds. The flour is enriched with eggs and butter. Traditional brioches have a round "head" on top and are brushed with eggs glaze to give a lovely golden brown colour. Brioches are often served at breakfast or tea, sliced, toasted and spread with jam.

 
 

Bread Sticks - Bread sticks (Grissini) are crisp treats that are served with soups, accompanied with butter. The thin crunchy sticks are often enriched with butter or a little olive oil so that are not tasteless.

Pita Bread / Pocket Bread - These are flat bread pockets that can be served plain or stuffed with salad or stuffing of your choice (just like Frankies). Pita Bread is available as rounds that can be cut in half. Each half opens as a semi circular pocket in which stuffing of your choice can be put.

Ladi Pau - This is a purely Indian invention. Ladi Pau is a soft bread cube that accompanies the Indian Pau Bhaji. Available in a pack of six where each cube can be easily broken off by hand.

 
 

Burger Buns - (70, 100, 150 grams)
These round breads are available in different sizes to be made into Burgers at home. The smallest ones are ideal for children's parties.

Pizza Bases - (6 and 12 inches)
These ordinary Pizza bases are semi-baked and ready for pizza making. Bite size pizza bases for parties and as starters are available on order.

Pau Buns - (pack of a dozen)
These are small buns to be used in usal pau and wada pau made at home.
