Brownies
(Chocolate, Walnut) - Brownies
are square flavoured cakes without icing
that can be layered, topped with nuts or
blended with fudge. They are served at tea
but can be on all-time snack.
Muffins
Muffins can be either sweet or savoury and
are baked in a muffin tin set of a dozen
pieces. Muffins can be plain or made tastier
with fresh fruits and nuts. Muffins are
best served warm. They can be split open
and spread with jam, marmalade or butter. |

Doughnuts
- Doughnuts were always eaten for breakfast though
now they are eaten any time as a quick snack.
Doughnuts are a singular example of “fried”
doughs that we have. Doughnuts are available topped
withchocolate, fresh cream, jam.
Cinnamon
Bun - This is a sweet bun spiced with
cinnamon powder. It is a favourite with children,
especially when spread with fresh fruit jams or
butter. |

Croissant
- Croissants are classic French breakfast
breads. Light, crisp and baked a perfect golden
brown, they not only taste great, but look intriguing
too. Stuffed Croissants are also available with
adapted Indian fillings of paneer and potato.
Fillings of your choice can also be ordered depending
on order size.
Danish
Pastry - These crisp, often sweet filled
pastries, get their flaky texture as the dough
is interleaved with butter on every layer. Glazing
adds to their presentation. Danish pastries come
in many eye-catching shapes such as windmills,
envelopes, twists, pinwheels. |

Rusks
- These are very crisp toasts of sliced tray-baked
breads. They can be eaten as a light snack by themselves
or spread with butter, cheese or marmalade. Milk
rusks, fruit rusks, and jeera rusks are the varieties
available. |

Cream
Rolls - (Small & large sizes)
These are sweet snacks, a cone of stiff puff pastry
with flavoured cream within. Available in vanilla,
chocolate, strawberry and pineapple flavours. |

Khaari
- This is the traditional Indian biscuit eaten with
tea. It is a rectangular layered biscuit of the
lightest, flakiest puff pastry. Also available in
savoury masala flavour. |

Puffs
Again an Indian adaptation – a baked version
of the Samosa. It packs a savoury filling (plain
potato, potato-onion, cheese-corn, paneer-schezwan,
chicken mince, kheema, etc.) wrapped in either rectangular
or triangular puff pastry. Available in different
sizes too. |
