In addition to our mouth-watering desserts available off-the-shelf, we specialize in exotic, made-to-order Desserts too. These include a range of Mousse, Souffles, Pralines, Parfaits, Cheese Cakes, Pancakes and Crepes, Ice Cream Cakes, Jellies, Pies and Flans (both hot and cold), Fruit Yoghurts, Custards and Puddings. They are available in flavours of your choice and can be in Bowls or Plated. Amongst these, our specialities are Caramel Custard, Trifle Pudding, Gateau Mont Blanc, Harlequin Mousse, Apple Pie and fresh fruit Souffles.

Orders for Exotic Desserts need to be made well in advance. We would be very happy to create special desserts for you, which may not be among the ones described above. Please meet our F & B Manager at Muffins at Express Hotel to discuss your order.
